Fun at work is for us the most important factor for success. Only in this way can everyone make the most of their skills for the success of a project. Therefore, we are especially pleased that over the years a network has developed which we gladly fall back on when it comes to creating a unique moment. Consideration for each other, responsibility for each other and an understanding beyond one's own trade are indispensable. We are proud to have young colleagues for this. Marvin is the owner of the company and, in addition to project planning, he is responsible for sound operating. He is enthusiastic about both the operating at the FoH and the monitor. It is very important to him that both audience and artists are provided with an ideal sound and feel comfortable. 

He himself says: "The most important thing for me is to transfer the emotions, the enthusiasm and the energy from the stage to the audience!

Lukas has been part of our team for several years. Together with Marvin he is responsible for the sound operating. For some time now, Lukas has been working on the perfect monitor mix in addition to the FoH. It is important to him that the artists on stage as well as the audience in front of the stage feel comfortable and can feel the energy in the mix.

He himself says: "Every musician contributes to the unique sound of a band and deserves to get an individually designed mix.

He is the newcomer among us. Michael mainly deals with light operating. In some projects he could already make his mark and get familiar with mixing consoles from GrandMA. It is important to him to catch the emotions and the energy in a suitable light image. Besides Light Operating, Michael is enthusiastic about every challenge in Application Development and WebDesign.

He himself says: "With a suitably designed lighting concept, emotions can simply be transported better!

Dennis is already an experienced colleague in the team. He mainly deals with light operating and rigging. Together with Michael, he implements unique, self-designed lighting designs and thus ensures the perfect emotion on stage and in the room. It is especially important to him that his stage design integrates well with the needs of the band. 

He himself says: "Every band is unique and therefore deserves an individual lighting design!

While we create emotional moments, Fabi is busy capturing them. We are happy to have him on board for some of our projects, so we can reminisce long after the show. With his experienced eye, he ensures perfect photos. It is important to him to capture the emotions of the artists and the audience in his pictures.

Felix has been with the team since the company was founded. He always helps where it is important to have a helping hand. Stage management and communication with artists is also one of his competences. It is important to him that people speak openly with each other.

He himself says: "On a production it is important to meet in a friendly way but to address open topics directly in order to find solutions.
